王猛猛 Mr. Wang in the front desk recognized me when I walked in.( Last time I stayed here a while ago) He booked the room and answered my questions of the rooms I booked for others. He mad sure rooms of all my guests were on the same floor. When I checked out this morning, he remembered my booking dates in Nov. 7th, which is 9 days from now.
The cleaning lady cleaned my room everyday with all the care even when I was in the meeting. My room is always fresh and clean like home.
The ladies works in the cafe area in the lobby made sure my guests’ tea cup were filled for three hours. My guests were impressed of how the service was done.
Traveling on the road to different countries for six months non stop, people in this hotel makes me feel at home.

The lobbies and the restaurants are nice. The fitness center, lockers rooms, and pool needed renovations. The first room checked in on the 12th floo, AC not cooling below 25°C, overhead shower won't turn on, and water leaking out from the shower door. Moved to the other room on the same floor at 3AM, but smelled cigarette smoke. Eventually moved to the 16th floor, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

The hotel was dingy and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The shower was just a showerhead in the bathroom, so water went everywhere. But it was cheap and near the airport, so that was one plus.
