This was a great hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful. It feels historical but everything is updated and in good condition.

Very nice stay. Safe and comfortable. I loved the bathroom especially the tub. The hot tub was huge and comfortable. Room was very spacious.

Centrally located for travel. Great location if you are traveling by Billy Bishop Airport.

Great bedroom, staff, spa, and location. Lacks a little in terms of Four Seasons standards.

Our 4 days we spent at this hotel were perfect! All the staff (everbody) were great.

We recently stayed at Hotel Bisha for 5 nights and can’t wait to come back. The staff is very welcoming and inclusive, and after staying hundreds of nights at Marriott / Starwood properties I give it to the Bisha’s front desk staff for their hospitality and for having the most stylish uniforms. The food and decor is top notch. Beware if you are assigned a room facing the rear of the hotel that you’ll hear trucks beeping most mornings (and slightly later on Saturdays).
