I had a great time at The Prince. Such a beautiful heritage building, very well located with a friendly staff, well done. Will be my first option when I am back in Melbourne.

Faulty Towers Melbourne.
Their housekeeping don’t work past 14.30 as the services is outsourced and the hotel don’t want to pay overtime. I don’t know why you would ever inform a guest about this. One day we didn’t have linen, the other day we didn’t have towels. It all just became a laughing matter.
We had 2 “connecting” rooms that connected in a hallway.

Room was clean. But bathroom facilities very old and rusty looking needs to be replaced.
U do have bathroom noise from next door rooms so rooms not that soundproof.
Location is great for transport amd city touring etc.
