Nice pool and Parking option as we travelled by Car from Osaka

This hotel was really amazing from the moment you step in it.The train station is inside the basement of the hotel,there is a mall attached to it and food mart too.The breakfast buffet is world class probably the best I’ve tasted in Asia.It is walking distance to Dotonbori.They provide toiletries,skin care,slippers and they have pajamas you can use everyday.The staff are very helpful and polite.I highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Osaka.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and had little translators to go from Japanese to English. They hold your Luggage’s if you have a late departure on your day of checking out. They are so close to the Universal Studios Japan, which is also nearby a lot of restaurants. Great location.

A good-quality hotel in the very center of the city, next to the subway in what is, in fact, a fascinating neighborhood. Very good breakfast (though we did not eat it every day - would be too heavy, as one wants to try everything).

This beautiful hotel on top of Namba station has incredible panoramic views of Osaka from the breakfast buffet at the top floor. Staff were always polite and very helpful making this a most memorable stay in Japan. Club Lounge is highly recommended for its delicious food and great ambiance!

Location was great! Delicious breakfast and lounge was nice with free drinks and snacks. Laundry was also free which was a plus.
