Northern Vietnam Kid friendly Vacations

Room was clean and nice but you can definitely get better service for the same price elsewhere in Hanoi, service here was slightly below the average I experienced everywhere else I stayed in vietnam. Breakfast was ok but the hot buffet was very limited compared to other places I stayed for similar price (like less than half the variety). Soundproofing didn't seem good I could hear my neighbours talking. Staff were nice and helpful but some aspects of service were slightly lower eg at check in every other hotel I stayed in Vietnam (including a much cheaper 3 star hotel) rushed to help with luggage up the steps and escorted you to the room but here they didn't. I didn't like the fact that the drinking water they provided in the room was filtered water in refillable bottles rather than actual bottled water, maybe for environmental purposes but it wasn't convenient.

Great support and room were clean breakfast was really good with a lot of selection. Choose inside rooms as the outside were smoking from shrine burning next store almost daily

The staff were superb. They are very helpful and kind.

We booked the Royal Suite and had a good experience

we had a lovely time, the front desk and door staff plus room cleaning people are kind and very happy to help. If we were picky the bar staff downstairs were a little inattentive so rather than waiting at the table to catch their eye we had to go to them. The pool upstairs is cold in February - but it will be lovely in summer. Great place for an evening drink

The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.
