The rooms were not exceptionally clean and had to be moved rooms. The shower is terrible with no water pressure (we were on floor 31). We paid for Reserve upgrade and we were not given a run down of Reserve when we got there nor were we offered a drink upon arrival and had to request the service. The have just combined the Reserve lounges for a few months while the Venetian is being remodeled so be prepared for more of a wait and crowds. All staff members in the lounge were super pleasant and wonderful.
