This property is in a convenient location close to Sydney's Central Rail Station, CBD and Circular Quay. There are numerous dining options, plus grocery and convenience stores very close by. The property, itself, is in reasonable shape but could use a bit of a refresh. I booked a room with a balcony, and fortunately, they put me on the 7th floor bc the balcony door did not lock. I discussed this with reception staff, who informed me that it didn't need a lock! Why would I expect that (a question I was asked)? I was offered to move into a room without a balcony, so there was that. Just an fyi that their balcony doors don't lock. The room was clean enough with adequate amenities. Bed was comfortable, and it is in a quiet area. There are 2 restaurants on site not directly associated with the hotel. One serves breakfast and lunch, and the other serves dinner. Both are good enough and convenient.

Whole place is dated. En suite was not very clean and you need to be 3ft tall to have a shower. Breakfast is your classic cold buffet with undercooked bacon. Expected so much more considering the cost.
