8.2/10 Very Good! (412 reviews)
The property is centrally located which is nice. Staff were friendly but the aircon in the room did not work properly and it was very difficult to sleep

9/10 Wonderful! (1,003 reviews)
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and appreciated the convenience of the nearby places. However, the breakfast was consistently disappointing. There were a few safety concerns with the property. The floor in the dining hall was broken, and the faucets in the steam shower were overly forceful, making it difficult to enjoy the sauna and steam. These issues were the main reasons I chose this hotel.

Great location, got a quiet upper room with a large balcony! Easy to walk to the Duomo area. Centrally located and near a metro stop. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,002 reviews)
The hotel was in a good location. However it was supposed to be newly renovated 5 star. The renovations looked strange as they were not consistent, or the room was renovated bit the bathroom was not. Old bathtub, floor, toilet, doors. Ate one night at the restaurant. Ordered risotto Milanese. Expensive but wanted to celebrate. Bad. Bad food. Did not eat most. The staff was accommodating, pleasant and quick though.
