Staff everything was reat, good value

The AC is niot cooling & No towels in the bathroom and I have called the receptionist waited for like couple of hours no housekeeping or maintenance shows up & I decided to go down in the reception, the manager said the shift was changed & then she gave me towels, then maintainance guy came to the room playing with the remote etc & left with out talking or saying that the AC was fix. After 1 hour I complained again about the AC it’s not cooling and another guy came over & I ask him maybe we can change room then after few hours they ask us to transfer…Goshh.. The experience that I got looks like I’m not going back to this hotel again. Lastly, when we moved to the room we brought the towels in the old room because we were thinking that there’s no towels & I’m glad there’s towels, when I checked out they are charging me Php200 for the towels, I told them I wouldn’t pay for your UGLY towel & you should be the one paying me for the inconvenience. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL

Rooms are clean and well appointed. I found the pillows too hard, but that just might be me. The staff are exceptional here....best you could ask for. The hotel is in a good position, reasonably close to SM Clark and the entertainment area, yet far enough away to be reasonably peaceful. The pool was great and kept very clean, meals were good and reasonably priced. I wanted to use the gym byt unfortunately the main piece of equipment was not in working order. I will be staying at Savannah again on my next trip to Angeles City.

I was amazed with the amenities of the condominium and staff members are very helpful. I would highly recommend the place.

A little bit off the main drag which means it's quiet. Small hotel. All rooms face the gorgeous pool! Rooms are cavernous/warehouse size! Clean. Fabulous amenities! Great TV options. Staff is top-notch! They communicate with you and reply to you before your visit whereas other hotels just ignore your messages. I will be returning here.

The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen Rooms have dead cockroaches under the beds and ones that crawls Fridge is nasty, …. Too many to list

I enjoyed the swimming pool view and the breakfast; however, the air conditioning was bad, and the internet connection was terrible. The staff were very friendly and impressive!
