Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex DFW Pet-friendly Vacations

I stayed at the Downtown location. It was close proximity to many different style restaurants. A 10 minute walk to the Dallas Aquarium. Hotel room was quiet. The only negative was the channel section. Thank God for laptops!

This place was amazing

I loved it! The location and atmosphere were great, but the staff members were AMAZING! I felt the southern hospitality immediately when Holli checked me in with the welcome cocktail!

Where to start! The biggest issue was no phones available in any room to call the reception. When we arrived late around 1 am, the assistant manager took care of our reservation. We were far from the office which was no problem but we got to the room and the tv didn’t work. We couldn’t call for assistance because no phones were there. They had a FAKE rotating old phone so my daughter had to go down the elevator walked the courtyard cross all the way to the office. I unload a few things to have to pack everything to move to another room. Then as we followed him, he couldn’t open the new room! We had to wait for him to go all the way to get another key! Finally he got us in we had driven, worked that day we were exhausted and we didn’t get to bed until around 3:25 am. We had to be up by 7 am He told us he would talk to his manager to make it up to us for the trouble but nobody talked to us nor did anything not even a discount. The worse experience as both bookings had issues. Great customer service would be that if you say that you would do something about it just do it don’t lie. By the way the week before I had issues with overcharges the manager responded by instructing me to call directly to the office, well guess what I could not call because no phones are available you have to call a third party. After a week I gat reimburse what they overcharge
