Our suite was lovely and comfortable. There was no vent/fan in the bathroom so you had to open a window to let steam out. The water pressure in shower was low.

Our stay at The Joule has been exceptional from beginning to end. What has impressed me most has been the people. The level of care shown to my mother has gone far beyond what I expected. Every member of the staff has treated her with genuine warmth, dignity, and attentiveness. They found thoughtful ways to make her birthday special, from the unique gifts waiting in her room to the sincere way they greeted her each time she came and went. What truly stood out was their anticipation. Whether she needed recommendations, transportation, or assistance with her plans to explore downtown museums, the staff seemed to be thinking ahead before she even had to ask.
