Had a comfortable stay and room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Staff was courteous Breakfast at Auckland was better as you could order from their menu with variety of options.

Everything was specacular and more.
The attention to detail, flawless.
The politeness of all staff was without a doubt only something I've experienced within hotels at The Langham in Sydney and Melbourne. No wonder they are so well regarded.
It was my son's 8th birthday on the day we arrived and they set up balloons, treats and a hand written note from one of the managers.
