"THIS HOTEL SHOULD HAVE MINUS STARS!!!!!! We tried to call the hotel, none of the phone numbers were hooked up. When we arrived and told them about calling, they didn’t care, just the phones were off. No elevator for people, we were on floor 3.5. There was a luggage elevator but it was broken. Walking to our room with the shabby, dirty, stretched out carpet and leaking ceiling (it wasn’t raining). Our room: shower; filthy, 2 towels and a bath mat. Beds were rickety. Counters in room not clean. We told. They dumped a couple towels in our room, but cleaned nothing. We were told that if we did not use maid service we would get &10 a day off our bill. That was a lie, at check out, they said we had to use the $10 each time we went to their restaurant. $10 each time, not $50 for our 5 day stay. The lobby had Walmart-ish old seat covers on the furniture and everything was dusty. Nothing was pleasant about our stay"
