"The hotel was perfectly located, excellent staff and amenities. The only thing I took issue with was that when booking I selected Xcover insurance under the proviso I could cancel the insurance for full refund right up to 8th July. I sent an email on 1st July advising my intent to cancel the insurance, I heard nothing….. I sent at least 3 follow up emails asking for assistance in order to cancel before the 8th July. I have still not heard anything. I felt I was mislead with the ability to cancel this insurance when it was offered/sold by Expedia. I have a copy of all my attempts to contact XCover if you would like to look into it."

"The Executive Harbour suite is worth the price. We had a beautiful view of the harbour, bridge and the Opera house. We enjoyed both sunrise and sunset from the suite. The breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canepes offered a good spread. Some items were a bit dated. For example the bluetooth speaker was not working but the staff promptly provided us with a replacement. Overall it was a good stay."
