The staff was nice and the service was good they brought us extra toiletries and towels without us asking because they saw how many of us were there, just the condition of the property itself does not warrant it a 4 star hotel. We found ants in our room, the ice machine was not working on our floor it was only working on 2 floors in the entire building, the elevator on one side was stuck didn't bother trying to use it for the time that we were there. The lobby looks like 4 stars but the room could've been more improved.

You're in the middle of nowhere so expect to pay a good price to eat at the restaurant. It is close to the airport and the staff are very friendly. Fine for an overnight. The rooms could use some TLC and the cleaning could be a bit better.

Everything is great but only two elevators are working in one of the towers. Hope the broken elevators are fixed soon. Great hotel overall

Clean and spacious room. Quiet accomodations great for restful sleep. Hot breakfast including scrambled eggs, sausages, and a waffle maker was a nice touch. I appreciated that the coffee was great!
