Extremely friendly and very gracious. It was an amazing stay and definitely worth staying if you’re wanting a very nice hotel in the centre. It took about 5/10 minutes to walk form the hotel to all the shops. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed the most beautiful view of the Old Town Square Christmas market and watched the Christmas tree lighting ceremony from our open window! An added bonus was the view of the astronomical clock from our side window! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean! This was my 2nd stay in this room, and I'll definitely be back!

Amazing hotel! Everything was spotless, the rooms were extremely clean, the bathroom was great and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we loved that coffee was available anytime. The location is excellent – you can easily walk everywhere (around 30–40 minutes to most attractions), which made exploring Prague so easy. From start to finish, everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing place, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the room was so spacious, warm and a large bathroom. The buffet breakfast is served in a beautiful dining area. If you want a bit of luxury conveniently placed to the centre square and clock , highly recommended.

We recently stayed 4 nights and our room was located at the front of the hotel on the 2nd floor. First impressions were great, check in was smooth, bags taken to room and was shown how to use TV, mini bar usage the usual but always nice to have. Room was marvellous, son stayed downstairs with his bathroom and myself and wife in the master room, very unique and loved the set up of it. Now here is the big problem and it’s not the hotels fault it has bars, restaurants opposite and all on the same street. It gets loud and I mean really loud, you would hear groups of lads drunk singing, women screaming and this can go on until 3/4 in the morning. I didn’t have a full nights sleep during my stay, like I said not the hotels fault just more the location. Breakfast was great in the morning plenty of selection to be had, bar is great really comfortable and decent cocktails from bartenders. We did have a hot water issue on one day which we flagged to be told everyone is probably showering and to try later, well I’m only here a few days so not waiting to shower. We resolved this by getting up earlier and not the normal 8am but this is a 4 star hotel you expect a little better here. A pleasant stay but I would pick a different hotel when I come back.
