Right on the beach, quiet and away from the busy city..

Perfect location. Nice clean room.

We loved the location but the pool had no views unless you pay extra for the cabanas. The chairs were are packed so close to one another it was very uncomfortable and awkward. We attempted to go to the breakfast buffet at the beginning of the week and arrived 5 min early. The restaurant staff greeted us with "Not open until 6:30

We are so happy that we changed our accomodation to the Alohilani resort hotel the day that we arrived. The view from our room (direct beach front) was amazing! We had club access and the hotel staff in this section were so helpful and friendly. The infinity pool area and sunset deck was a great place to chill, grab a bite, a cocktail and listen to live music nightly. The beach across the road was less crowded than some areas and clean. ABC store located in the hotel if you’re wanting to pickup extras. We will definitely stay at this resort again.

Staffs were the best out of all.

The location is great, the staff was very helpful, the room was clean and had plenty of space. Unfortunately the room we were in didn't look quite like the pictures and had a full wall of 4" louvre windows, which provide no insulation against sound or temperature. There was so much noise (AC, street traffic, people talking, bar music, trash trucks and more) going ALL night that we got less than an hour of sleep.

Overall, we had a good stay and would consider staying here again. The hotel is in a great location, close to the action in Waikīkī and within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and attractions. We appreciated that hot coffee and cold water were always available in the lobby, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the elevators were fast and efficient. During our stay, the hotel also hosted a complimentary wine and cheese event with a hula dancer, which was a nice touch. There were a few downsides: The rooms are somewhat dated and could use some refreshing. Also, housekeeping is only provided for stays of five days or longer. The most frustrating part of our stay involved the laundry facilities. The coin machine was out of order, so we went to the front desk to ask for quarters. We were told rather bluntly that the hotel does not provide change. After spending quite a bit of time trying unsuccessfully to get quarters from nearby businesses, we returned to the lobby and asked a different employee. Without hesitation, they exchanged bills for quarters and even had plenty available behind the desk. While we were grateful for the help, it left us confused as to why the first employee told us it was absolutely not possible. The inconsistency in service was disappointing and created an unnecessary inconvenience. Despite that experience, the location, amenities and overall condition of the property made for an enjoyable stay.
