Division No. 14 Romantic Vacations

The stay was good. Housekeeping was un predictable. We had to constantly call to get serviced through out the day. Last day maintenance came knocking on the door. Overall, not too bad.

Only thing that I didn’t like was that we paid for a strip view and when we got there they said they didn’t have any available so they stuck us on a north view towards downtown. I don’t know how they can charge you a specific room and not hold it. They never offered any compensation for this.

Customer service and room management was excellent!

The bar was stocked. The kitchen did not have anything to cook with, not utensil, no plates, no cofee mugs, no paper towels.

Great stay, 5 minutes away from the strip.

Check-in is a breeze. My brother came early and got the room ready. Thank you for free upgrade. Good clean room, daily housekeeping and even a turn down service. Free coffee and pastries at the lobby 6-10am. Staff friendly and always ready to help.

We had an excellent stay here at Jet Luxury Elite at the Signature. Check in went smoothly. We were not told which tower we were staying in until we checked in. We ended up having to walk between the towers which was no problem thanks to their indoor walkway. From start to finish, all the staff we encountered were super nice. The room was spacious and perfect for our needs. There were some issues with the bathroom taps leaking however this did not impact our stay. Pool is clean, safe, and comfortable; plenty of beach chairs to relax in. Kitchenette in the room was great. We were satisfied with the hotel location as well, only a 15 min walk to the strip.
