This was an amazing day from soup to nuts. Th rooms were spacious .bed pillows are super comfortable and made for great sleep at night. Both the restaurant and cafe had fabulous food and the cafe had very tasty coffee. The staff were knowledgeable patient and helpful. The hotel is located in a historic district steps away from the Peabody library and the Walters Art museum. If you love history axesitecture culture and a sensational stay then Hotel Revival is the place FOR YOU

Please don’t fall for the pictures. I booked a premiere king harbor view room for $350 thought this is a four star hotel with good pictures on expedia. I was given room 311. This is a very very outdated hotel. The hallway, and room had bad odor like cigarette smoke. Carpet looked old and dirty. Furniture was chipped and bathroom was old with grime and brown stain on the bottom. The place felt like a cheap motel. I had to check of the door would lock or not. I did not feel safe staying alone with my child so I checked out after an hour, and went to Hyatt next to it. Always stay a brand name chain hotels.

We stayed 1 night at 4 Seasons Baltimore while traveling from St. Michaels back to NYC, continuing the celebration of my mother’s 70th birthday. We chose 4 Seasons expecting the warmth, attentiveness and polish associated with a true 5 ⭐️ experience.Unfortunately, the stay fell short.We arrived around noon and understood that our suite was not yet ready. However, despite mentioning my mother’s birthday, there was no acknowledgment or even a simple “happy birthday.” The welcome felt transactional, and no one took the time to introduce us to the hotel or its amenities.The spa was pleasant but underwhelming. The products felt ordinary rather than luxurious, the relaxation area could use updating, and several areas needed more attention to cleanliness. The pool also felt dated and the jacuzzi surroundings were not well maintained.Our Fountain View Suite was spacious and the king bed was wonderful, but despite booking for three adults, several amenities were provided for only two. The floor felt sticky and the carpet had visible tears—small details, but disappointing at this level.Most disappointing was the lack of warmth around our celebration. My sister asked if an upgrade might be possible for my mother’s birthday and was immediately told no. We did not expect an upgrade; we simply hoped for some acknowledgment or thoughtful gesture. We came hoping to feel celebrated, and unfortunately, we did not. I would welcome the opportunity to return and experience an improved experience.

The staff were amazing and helpful. I can’t wait to stay again.

The evening I checked in, your front desk man: Eric was friendly and extremely helpful. The room was spotless and the beds were amazingly comfortable. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family. 2 thumbs up, get adventurous fun!
