The view for the fountain view was a partial view , the Versailles tower will be the one with the fill view

Property was beautiful. Water pressure in the shower was unbelievable. The automatic buttons in the room were impressive. I think the hotel bar with sensors was a bit annoying because we just wanted to cool some waters and it set off a few sensors but the hotel staff removed charges as it was an accident. Overall loved it here 4.5/5 stars.

Alice and the staff in the Gold Experience were beyond helpful. Loved the room, balcony and service overall.

It was a beautiful hotel. I was frustrated that when i booked through Expedia i was told we got a $75 food credit and when we checked in we were told they had no record of it.

I was genuinely surprised how nice this place was. 100% will stay here again : ). Not the biggest fan of the deposit BUT as long as you don’t do anything out of the ordinary totally worth it

The room were bigger than I thought and the options of coffe were delicious.

I liked the size of the rooms and the comfortable beds. What I didn't like was you had to check in on a computer kiosk. Very strange, In all my traveling I never experience something like that. I always enjoy speaking to a human being. It makes it more welcoming and personable. They should post that on their website. I saw people freaking out that they could not find a person to talk to.
