Great stay at Arlo SoHo. The hotel is chic, modern, and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Loved the bar and the open lounge areas for guests to relax or hang out. Convenient location with lots nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located to popular tourist attractions. We were given a room in the 14th floor with a view of One World, 911 Memorial and pools, the Oculus, Liberty Park, walking distance to Wall St, Broadway, subway stations close by. There really is nothing negative as far as I'm concerned. The staff friendly and accommodating. We requested an early check in because of a 10am arrival and when we got to Club Quarters, we were only intending to leave our luggage, but hooray, the check in staff Carlos, said our room was ready, and mind you, I would say we even got the best room in the hotel with the best view!! Thank you very much! Highly recommend! Will surely book this hotel again when we go back to NYC.

Fabulous location. We walked everywhere! Amazing staff. They were so very helpful. Gorgeous and lovely king room. The white noise feature was very helpful. I slept amazingly. Beautiful lobby with live jazz performances were a bonus. The whole stay exceeded expectations!
