We were treated for a very needed early check in, as well as late check out, the stuff went out of his way to provide good service in all service aspects - reception, luggage, food, room maintenance.
The only thing which was not great was elavators. In 4 out of our 5 days of stay one elevator out of 3 available did not work, causing long waits and crowded rides.
