청결 상태는 좋으나 주변 시설들이 너무 빈약함

I stayed at The Cosmopolitan for a total of 3 nights (Aug 24-25 and Aug 26-28). Everything during my stay—the amenities, the room, and the friendly staff—was excellent, but I had an absolutely terrible experience on my last day. On the morning of the 27th, I placed the "Do Not Disturb" (DND) sign on my doorknob and double-checked that it was still there before I left. However, when I returned a short while later, I found that my room had been made up, and the DND sign had been moved to the inside doorknob. I immediately raised the issue with a staff member in the hallway. After checking, they told me that the housekeeper who cleaned my room had already clocked out for the day and was unavailable to explain. I have two major questions regarding this incident: Why was my room entered and cleaned without permission when the DND sign was clearly displayed, especially when all my personal belongings were completely unpacked and laid out? If this was simply a mistake, why wasn't an apologetic note left? The fact that the DND sign was deliberately moved to the inside doorknob strongly suggests that the staff member realized their error but chose to hide it. I am not writing this complaint to get a free food voucher or minor compensation. A breach of privacy like this is an extremely serious security matter, especially at a casino hotel. I have no intention of staying here again on my next trip to Las Vegas.
