"This is a gorgeous and unique place, in a historic neighborhood whose charm is second to none. Very glad we stayed there! There should have been a first-rate coffee setup to make up for this, but supplies were short and there was no silverware. Also, no live television in the room, only youtube TV."
"Looks like they are going through an innovation. Staffs were nice and the building was clean. Located outside of Dubuque, but still close from the downtown."
"We did not see staff very much. At the front desk we had to call for help when we checked in and out. At breakfast, no one came to check if more of anything needed to have food added."
