Great stay at Kabin Hotel! Our room was cozy and clean with comfy beds. The location was outstanding - near restaurant options and the Nishiki Market. Easy bus nearby to the Arashiyama Monkey Park and Bamboo Forrest. You can rent a boat to row across from the monkey park to the bamboo forests, which was a great extra surprise. Staff recommended a great restaurant / hibachi style all you can eat. At the end of our stay, we needed to store our luggage for the day, and they were amazing and had a huge space for this at the other location around the corner. Super easy. Wed absolutely stay here again!

A great location, right next to the train station, Universal Studios and many shopping/dining options. Room was comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfasts were nice. The only downside was a small self laundry area where there was a lot of waiting to use machines in the evening.

Clean hotel. Helpful staff. Conveniently located next to a train station. What was not great was that they charged extra fees and taxes for the two kids even though we already paid through Expedia. No happy hours with complimentary drinks or snacks available at the hotel.

Centrally located, beautiful facilities.

We loved our stay at the Imperial Hotel. The shuttle bus runs to Osaka station and back every 20 minutes which was super convenient. The pool, gym and sauna facilities were insanely priced at 5500 yen per use but we didn’t book for this reason so we weren’t phased. Would definitely stay again!

The facility is a bit old.

Osaka castle is adjacent to the hotel. Osakajokoen station is within walking distance. However, there are not too much shopping available nearby. Dining options are limited unless I get over to kyobashi station. Overall the room is spotless and quiet. I enjoyed staying there.

No addtl lounge area aside from 2nd floor lobby. Elevators were very inconvenient, too much traffic and always stopped on 2nd floor before going to any other floor.
