Lady at the check in gave us only to two wristband for hotel keys. I told her we are party of 4 with (2) sixteen year olds. She rudely responded that children under 18 don’t get wristbands, but she and I saw children walking around with them. When I pointed it out, she then told me they are low on the wristbands and will give me key cards. Can’t believe the service I got with the money we are paying.
Blanks and pillows in our room smelled. We ask for new blanks and pillows and they never exchanged it for us. They are very good at answering you but don’t do anything about it. I was in Room 308

Everything was First Class amazing. Their service, the turndown service, the housekeeping, their restaurants and amenities. Loved the many swimming pools. Valet was perfect and timely with the utmost care. Love that Dean and Deluca was downstairs and their ABC market as well. Definite resort living.
