This was my second stay at this resort and it was even better than the first one. The rooms are kept clean and are beautifully maintained. The staff is amazing. They are always smiling, laughing and super eager to please. The food is plentiful and extremely fresh and tasty. There is enough variety to please everyone and food is available all day long. The alcohol is top of the line and there is no limit to the amount you can order. I stayed at the Club this time (18+ ages) and the extra money was well worth it. Our butler, Melvin, took very good care of us throughout our stay. This resort is amazing!

Seems like this resort has lost its luster. Definitely not a 5 star . Food needs to be better and more options without paying a premium. I would rate this resort 3.5 stars. Staff are great and rooms can use an upgrade .

Fourth time back and it’s always a great time. Whether by ourselves or with friends we enjoy the Majestic resorts. Our butlers take care of all our needs. This year Rosario and Nelson made our stay wonderful. Will always return.
