The room was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful during my staff at the resort.

Pros; Altitude room views were amazing. Alex in the buffet was a great wait person! Staff at small coffee place were great !coffee was good as well. Cons; Beach chairs were old and uncomfortable. No food delivery for beach area chairs Beer and tequila choices were limited to 1 or 2 Buffet food was just,OK Food area next to pool was not good at all Had to reserve dining spot at 7 am each day. Limited access to app was frustrating. Had our reservation cancelled 2 hours before arrival time at French place. Could not schedule us at another place for same time slot.

I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations.

Belle hotel Judith service a la clientèle très sociale et Miguel dans le sushi bar fait les sushis avec amour. Malheureusement il a eu un manque dintroduction et informations auprès du personnel.
