The staff is very helpful. If you need anything anything at all they will get it done. We were lucky to have Keiden to greet us and he was our personal concierge during our entire stay. Luis the waiter has my 5 stars, he is absolutely magical.
There were some children so it’s not adults exclusively.
If you like the beach check before going for seaweed but if the pool is all you need it’s clean and welcoming.
Zel Melia is small but caring. Again the staff is exceptional; they truly will go out of the way to make your stay worthwhile.
