Staff was so nice but we had to ask for our room to be cleaned. Why am I paying for resort fees and I have to call to have the room cleaned? The trash was not taken out. Lack of outlets

The room was ok. Nothing special, no amenities in room like lotion or a mini bar, but good for the price. The problem is the sound. Very nice hotel to stay at in Vegas. Prices were reasonable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean, casino is fantastic. Lots of food options to choose from, access to monorail is excellent. Lots of shows going on. Definitely give it a try.
