Great location and overall good experience. The dining options are excellent, and the room was large and comfortable. However, the bathrooms were not clean, and the shower was terrible. I can share pictures if needed.

Bathroom vent was dirty, one of our lights didn’t work. Pizza place was a disappointment, supposed to be NY. It was soggy and heavy. American dinner servers were great, but steaks and eggs ordered med rare were shoe leather. Should have NY bagel shop.

Yes to the staff. My only complaint is that I wish I had asked for a queen bed . We had a King and only one nightstand. We stayed with you last Month. Dec 3-10 . in Building 1100. We are planning a return visit in February around the middle of the month. I prefer the first floor.
