Great service and local shuttle from the start til the end. Staff Joseph was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great every morning along with the complimentary water bottles. Has gmy, pool and self service laundry. Best is the free local shuttle.

Staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was good. The only concern was the hotel is very old, the alley that the hotel is located, not great area. Also the hotel is under construction, if I knew I wouldn’t book it.Overall our stay was ok.

We usually stay at centre points because it’s an apt. We used to stay quite a lot at the shangri la. Overpriced for a dated room. IMO. We like having washer dryer too.

We’ve come here for the 3rd time now. Easy and quick from Suvarnabhumi and onward travel from here.
Great to see a lot of life back at the hotel after COVID.
Fantastic value and dining/ breakfast at Rueng Thai Karaket by the Klong has just such a great atmosphere.
Recommended if you have your own car.
