Prime location. However service and amenities could have been better. Chromecast did not work.
Tech and reception was called for assistance but problem was not resolved.
Location is clean and next to the subway. There is entertainment at the lobby if you want to experience NYC Broadway vibes.

Great location and staff very helpful and polite but the hotel is older and rooms need updating and are very small. Booked a room with a terrace and it was very small and view not great.

The room had a funny fish like odour at the entrance on arrival Room service and maintenance cleaned Air con duct and carpet-it was better but still there when I left. Reported to check out team to sort-Otherwise a great stay and good b/fast with some very helpful staff.
