Elevator not working booked 2nd floor handicapp not fun to get up to end floor. No waiters at the pool understaff. Waiters at one of the venues rude would not hand over a smoke salt n pepper because it was not his station. Stayed there 3 nights and unable to make reservations at any of the restaurants booked.

Honestly, we would never come back here. The biggest issue was how everything felt like a sales pitch from the second we arrived. Sale after sale after sale. You pay to get to the resort, then you have to pay to leave, and once you’re there, you’re constantly being approached to spend more money on something. It’s exhausting. The worst was during my massage. I’m literally lying on the massage table trying to relax, and the woman is trying to upsell me. Seriously? I’ve never experienced anything like that at a resort. And the food was honestly garbage. We tried the different restaurants and were so disappointed. The buffet was actually probably the best food we had, which we definitely weren’t expecting. The staff there were also some of the best part of the resort. Eduardo and Angel were great, and the guy making the omelettes was awesome. There were a few staff members who were genuinely great (Alfredo), but unfortunately that wasn’t enough to make up for the overall experience. For what you pay, we expected a relaxing luxury vacation. Instead, we felt like walking wallets the entire time. Definitely would not return.

점심은 맛있게 먹었지만 밖에 비치바와 레스토랑이 너무 일찍 닫아서 많이 즐기지 못했어요. 저녁에 레스토랑 예약한 곳은 음식이 너무 늦게나와 기다리기 힘들었습니다. 우리가 먼저 주문했지만 다른 테이블 음식이 먼저 나오고 우리는 음료만 있고 음식은 없었어요.

점심은 맛있게 먹었지만 밖에 비치바와 레스토랑이 너무 일찍 닫아서 많이 즐기지 못했어요. 저녁에 레스토랑 예약한 곳은 음식이 너무 늦게나와 기다리기 힘들었습니다. 우리가 먼저 주문했지만 다른 테이블 음식이 먼저 나오고 우리는 음료만 있고 음식은 없었어요.
