Cam Nam Island All inclusive Vacations

Although we were told that there was some construction activity going on, honestly, we were not affected by it at all. The staff was extremely accommodating, friendly yet professional. The breakfast was the joy of the day, tasty and abundant. Our room was beautiful and clean, truly a pleasure to come to, at the end of a busy sightseeing day. Will definitely return to this great hotel!

Got upgraded to a better unit which has a steam room. Although the location is pretty remote (on an island), it's definitely out of the hustle and bustle, so it gets pretty quiet at night, even during the day. Fret not, can always order food delivery. Otherwise the restaurant has multiple options from Vietnamese to Korean. The main event is the onsen that's included in my stay. I can practically experience contrast therapy at any time it's open. The staffs are really polite, but I must give kudos to Tra My and Hue. They literally remember my Vietnamese coffee order for breakfast - less sweet and fresh milk instead of condensed milk. The accommodation is not a renowned luxury brand, yet the service is comparable; almost perfect. If you are looking for wellness and quality time just by yourself or with your loved ones, this is the one to book.

Quite a bit of bait and switch here. Be careful if you book on a Saturday night as it appears they shut most everything down to funnel you toward being more likely to pay the very high price for the Asian BBQ Buffet, which we skipped. I would strongly advise against the apartment rooms -- they're shockingly dorm like and nowhere near match the rest of the resort. The furniture needs a major upgrade and kitchen area include literally nothing where, at the very least, a coffee maker could go. While staff were nice, there were quite a bit of times where you would expect someone to ask you if you needed a menu, coffee, or towel....but you're mostly on your own. We were also not offered the opportunity to place a deposit and charge items to the room, which just felt low class. Happy Hour is good value, but the drinks felt half-strong. Breakfast was just OK. Standard to below average for the price point. The pool and beach access were a highlight. All-in-all, a disappointment. This could be a much better place. It gave us the feeling we had in Bali, but the little things and standards seem low. Choose a villa or stay somewhere else along this road that includes 100 hotels.
