Walking distance to disney springs is a nice perk. Rooms are not good. You hear everything from other rooms. Alarm clocks, snoring, etc. Wouldn’t stay here if it was longer than 1 or 2 nights.

The resort has nice pools/parking/rooms, clean resort. Nearby activities were great. service needs some improvement. On several occasions I had to go get items from front desk that should have been provided by room service, for example shower caps, sugar, coffee. I requested these items be delivered but was told I had to come get them at front desk. Went to pool and no towels were available, again told to go to front desk. We reserved room for 6 days. Last 3 days there we were harassed as we had staff knocking on the door several times a day about whether I was checking out or checking out late, even receiving call. All instances I had to refer to my reservation and let them know my checkout date. This was really odd since they would not come to deliver items but could come by several times to ask about me checking out. do not disturb tag wasn’t available in the room but I’m 99% sure that if I asked for one. I’d have to go get it myself.
