Ko Naka Yai All inclusive Vacations

They were great and very accommodating to my needs. Got there early after long flight and though the room wasn’t ready they had a place to shower and change while I waited

The fridge was constantly on or off . The rooms were clean and kept clean by staff. My biggest complaint was that the cleaning staff never spoke English . Very hard to communicate with . Speaking with other couples they too had the same problem .

We thoroughly enjoyed Andaman. Close to airport, villas had access to buggies driving us around which was excellent for the elderly. At the same time, easy to walk around the resort, as well as nearby local places. Our 3 bedrooms villa and pool was clean, and well equipped. Buffet breakfast - very yummy. Unfortunately, on our third night there, the air conditioner broke down. They quickly tried to fix it for us, wasn't able to and provided us with fans. They were kind enough and upgraded us to a 4 bedroom villa for our last night. Staff were friendly and handled the situation well. Thank you. Highly recommend this resort, we will be back.

Overall it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly. For a boutique resort it was good. The shower could have been a little cleaner, as it was dirty entering our first day. Then shower door also didnt open all the way which was a little weird. I would still recommend staying at resort as those things could have just been one offs.

Estella resort is a nice resort. The beach was nice, the room was nice (pool access), the pools were nice too. There’s many pictures options by the beach. They have tables, swings, and hammocks for guest to use. You can walk to other resort restaurants and the beach is clean. The only thing is sooooo many mosquitoes. Be prepared to get bit even with mosquitoes repellent.

I was blown away at this resort. The villas were so amazing and my family really enjoyed the pools. We got plenty to eat at breakfast and it was an easy walk to town for any other meal. The staff immediately responded to any issue. The gym facility was small but nice. The beach was lovely and quiet.
