First day we were there we somehow lost over 200$ from them charging our bank card that somehow that don’t have the money yet neither do we Then one of the managers yelled loudly infront of everyone “THIS NEEDS TO BE PAID TODAY” Embarrassing Then we didn’t want to buy into the time share and had to avoid the women selling it as she was aggressive every single time we were down there Then we just got nasty looks from the staff It was also very stressful as our keys for the rooms stopped working every other day.. We had a blackout we weren’t given no other accommodation no flashlights nothing plus 40 degrees in the dark in a foreign country and now my son is sick because of it and I’m having to bring him to the docters Bell hop was nice. Food wasn’t very good and they didn’t have all the restaurants open which they said they offered.. Overall not impressed

Our stay in Cancún was wonderful, but the person who truly made our experience unforgettable was Luany. From the moment we met her, she treated us with genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. She didn’t just do her job—she consistently went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. What stood out most was how sincere she was. Luany made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. She was attentive, knowledgeable, warm, and always willing to help. Her positive energy and exceptional customer service made a lasting impression on both of us and elevated our entire vacation. Employees like Luany are the reason guests remember a hotel, recommend it to others, and choose to return. Management should know that she is an incredible representative of this property and a tremendous asset to the team. She deserves to be recognized and rewarded for the level of care she provides. If raises, promotions, or employee awards are being considered, Luany should absolutely be at the top of that list. Thank you, Luany, for helping make our Cancún trip so special. We truly appreciate everything you did for us and hope the hotel recognizes how fortunate they are to have you!
