"My experience wasn't pleasant when I checked in. One member of the hotel who approached me was very aggressive trying to show us the hotel, for some kind of membership, and because, we refused to do it, didn't let us do early check in and wait at the lobby for an hour and a half or I had to pay $12:00 ..."
