NOBU HOTEL MIAMI is a 5 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟luxury resort with incredible amenities, world-class service and attention to detail. The front of house is impeccable and welcoming. Concierge manager, Sheldon, is accommodating, professional, and on point. Richard is also amazing! He is so courteous, respectful, sweet and very knowledgeable about the area, the hotel, and what to do around town. The bell hop crew is kind, soft spoken, and swift. In the Spa, Gail Roth is a class-act and fashion stylist with an innate sense of everything style and beauty. Her wonderful demeanor, white glove service, attention to detail, and inspiring approach make the shopping experience stellar. The entire team at NOBU HOTEL MIAMI made me feel like a movie star!

Beautiful hotel Intimidating. Unsure of what to do or where things are. Was handed a map hard to navigate. Staff was good at giving directions when asked

Great property, clean great staff and great clean rooms. Dining leaves a lot to be desired. Food has been a big disappointment and we had to Uber to better restaurants

It was just average. For a "resort" there were not enough dining options. I did not receive my parking credit. The outdoor pool bar area lacked personality that one normally finds at a nice beachfront hotel.

My day was a very great experience. My request were handled immediately. The room was very spacious, luxurious, and clean. The restaurants inside the Marriott was the icing on the cake.
