The photos of the rooms are deceiving they are much smaller and the bathroom is tiny.

An old hotel beautifully maintained as seen on the photos available on website. As is common the room was small but well situated with just the right furniture in the room to accommodate suitcases. Not a Closter phobic experience at all. But an even bigger issue can be not enough outlets for all our devices in old hotels. There was some updating with outlets but there should be more. Thankfully there was enough for all we needed. The bathroom was updated but kept in the design of the hotel which was a nice touch. Overall, a very nice experience with restaurant, bar (great cocktail menu), cafe, which also has its own great cocktail menu, customer service. I would return.

We had a little problem with the initial room at the check-in but they went beyond our expectations to fix everything and to make sure that we were comfortable with a new room. The AkA NoMad is so perfect and we will definitely come back ! Thanks to staff and the managers you guys are the best

The TV didnt work for two days they could not solved the problem. On Room 1415 one day on room 1414. They didn’t make the room in two days we call 5 times and they did it. Bad customer service. They charge $60 for a coke in the buffet. It’s because you sat on the table they don’t ask if you eat something. They try to take advantage of the guest. I spent $5,945 for 3 rooms , bad customer service

Clean room, friendly staff but they will look for any and every reason to charge u. U get breakfast included? Plus 40 bucks after paying for it, full stocked mini bar, broke wallet. We were scared to even ask for a garbage bag and extra towels out of fear of them charging us
