"Very clean, very comfortable, pleasant staff"

"Parking was not an issue. The Wi-Fi kept going in and out, and the signal strength was very weak during the peak hours of the day. The shower was not properly cleaned. There were strands of hair stuck to the wall, the shower shelves were slightly covered in black dirt, and a pink fingernail. For the price of staying here, it was not bad, but the lack of care could use some touching up and there. Overall, the stay was not too bad; you have shops nearby, and the location is pretty quiet."

"The hotel is a bit dated to some but that’s what keeps the city rif raff away. Hikers and outdoor enthusiasts stay here so be prepared to use the grounds and stay outside most of the time. When you finally do crash inside you will find very comfortable beds, amazing views and complimentary water. Internet was good. Main Inn restaurant food was delicious. Catering food fantastic. Shared areas with fireplaces were perfect. No elevator but only 2 floors. "

"View was magnificent and close to town. Needs a face lift, looking tired and old but fine for the price. Water pressure in shower was very good but not a walk in which was a bit tricky for an older person. I would stay there again. If ur a hicker or outdoor person the mountains are walk away. Air and heat were fine. Parking was fine."

"We stayed in Rm 123 and the room was extremely spacious. It was relatively clean. I would say it’s time for updates but it’s a solid motel and very close to West Point. The big negative is we could hear the walking around of the folks next door to us so if you are a light sleeper, that could wake you up."

"Fabulous place - great for our family weekend at West Point. Plenty of room, lovely kitchen, and lots of seating - whole group of us could watch the baseball playoffs. Terrific - not a single problem or complaint!!"
