A place that with a little work could be great!

"I arrived very late due to a delayed flight but they had a note and my keys ready for me so check in was easy. The room was spacious but the sink was dirty and there were stains on the ceiling of the bathroom and other peoples hair in the tub. I was on the second floor and there are out door stairs ..."
