We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Amsterdam. The location was perfect! It was quiet, safe, and just a short walk to the tram, making it easy to get around the city. We also appreciated having a supermarket nearby for quick essentials. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially during check-in and check-out. When our room keypad needed new batteries, it was fixed immediately without any hassle. The entire property was very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

I don't think you can get a better place to stay in Amsterdam. The location is amazing, right across dam Square and the palace. The cafes outside a perfect for starting your day. The staff and service are 10/10, this was my second stay at the Anantara and third time in the city. I will go back and definitely not even a question will be staying here again.

Property was walking distance to metro, buses, trams. Lots of restaurants around.
The front desk staff, I would give a 4/10 not welcoming at all.
The room was small but had everything we needed. The A/C unit stopped working on our second night, we made a complaint and they brought a fan. The staff said the room they booked us in usually has this issue, I asked why would they book anyone in there if there’s a problem? She said the room is still open for booking.
