The food and accommodations were fantastic. The weather was perfect and staff are all so friendly and helpful. Kindness is their heart language! There were ample poolside loungers and spots on the beach in the sand. It was never crowded. Reservations for dinner each night were so easy to make! The app was great! Loved the special food and drinks. Our outings to the marina and on the sunset tour of the arch were amazing!! We cannot say enough good about the wonderful time we had at Pacifica!

Food and service way over the top! This resort exceeded all expectations, we couldnt believe how excellent the food was, the breakfast buffet is incredible, made to order omelets and everything in between! Pool bar and poolside service was stellar, you sit down in the pool area and a server immediately comes up to you and brings you anything you want and its all excellent! All of the restaurants have different offerings and each one is better than the last! You walk out of your ocean view suite and theres a driver right there to take you wherever you want, resort is huge so this was extremely helpful. From the moment you pull up until the moment you leave you are pampered! The staff is proud of what they do and are truly dedicated to their jobs and what the property is all about. Go there, dont hesitate to book, you wont be disappointed, make sure you go all inclusive!

We booked our trip through Expedia and when we arrived at the resort, they had a designated personnel, Nallelia, who helped us through the check in process, inclusing room upgrade and resort credit. Nallelia wss very professional and helpful. Thank you!
