It was the best stay for our family’s first time in Hawaii!! I can’t recommend this place enough to people. It’s great for families like us with kids. The views are spectacular. The staff even just from the beginning were so welcoming! They gave us free water flasks bottles and beach toys for the kids! The rooms were so clean and the valet people were incredibly nice and always smiling! Would definitely stay here again when we go to Waikiki!

The rate was an inclusive package of air, hotel. When we checked in, they upgraded us at the front desk. It was a mountain view with a very spacious balcony, but had only one chase and a regular chair. It needs a least one more chase outside. The room was small. The bathroom was ridiculously small to the point that I thought someone was pranking us. Almost unusable.

Everything was amazing only problem we had problems finding parking and we were paying $50 to park a day/ there are too many valet spots 2 floors to be exact and not enough for the guest

Tsunami threat 7/29/25
"In the face of impending tsunami, staff adjusted by checking us in on 5th floor to avoid potential danger to clients. Thankfully they put me on 15th floor which made me feel safe. The tsunami didn’t really have an effect on Honolulu, but it was nice to feel safe.."
