Flowerpot Island Golf Vacations

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at when it comes to the service. The room was very small as expected in Manhattan and it wasn’t sparkly clean. You can hear everything from the other room and my view outside of the window was the next building window. But it wasn’t that bad of a stay just for one night especially the location. However, the service was horrible. The front desk staffs were rude and not professional at all. They are wearing regular clothes and smoking outside so I thought they were just bystanders. They don’t welcome guests, when guests approach to front desk, they don’t acknowledge or they would say “what do you want?” I had to call front desk because I couldn’t find the remote controller for TV and a guy said that someone left so he will tell that guy when he comes back. But after 40min of wait nothing happened so I called back and someone else answered and the other guy forgot to tell him about the remote controller. And BEWARE there is mandatory $30 amenity fee that I wasn’t informed about prior booking when I wouldn’t even use any of the amenity. I was glad that I was staying for one night only.

Prestige club lounge was absolutely amazing. Every experience felt elevated by the wonderful staff and amenities! Will be staying here again and again
