Very beautiful resort. Grounds are very peaceful. Room was fantastic- Modern, clean and very spacious. Staff was very friendly but service is a little slow.

Lovely island with friendly staff and very nice beaches and views. The bathroom in the hotel room wasn’t completely clean in some places but the bed was comfortable and the overall decor was nice, and the air con worked well. There was a large range of good food on offer and there were lots of activities and excursions available to do each day. If you want a purely quiet, undisturbed, retreat-style location then you may want to go somewhere else as there is a bit of relaxed background bustle throughout the day, however the vibe on the island is still very relaxing.

Great place to stay, clean, everythin needed on site and staff are amazing. Its a very much A family resort, so lots of children and activites which is wonderful if thats what youre looking for.

The Shangri-La is a magnificent hotel!! While the facilities are excellent and there is a wide variety of activities available, it is the staff who are the best part of this place. They are friendly, helpful, attentive and so, so supportive. I have stayed here before and I will keep coming back each year as it truly is a wonderful place to stay. Really lovely resort, well maintained, excellent service and lots to do. Food choices were pretty good but as with most resorts a bit pricey. Our room was bigger than I expected do that was nice, well appointed too.

Really enjoyable place to stay and within walking distance of decent shopping and dining at Port Denarau. Staff very friendly and really engage in getting people to join in their poolside activities. Room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable and handy to pools although some can be a fair bit away. Location great with poolside views to the sea and we really liked our stay at this resort and would definitely consider returning. Deli cafes good reasonably priced food and we had a lovely meal at Marava asian fusion restaurant. Went to Koro also but less impressed with that one. All in all , recommended and we can see why it's busy and popular.
