The desk clerk was nice, the washroom is old and outdated, i will not recommend this hotel if you are outside of the country because once your flight was cancelled or the airline revised your flight, this hotel will not give you consideration. You will lose your money. I wasted my time explaining to the customer representative, they even asked me to provide a proof and so I thought they will consider to change the date of my booking but hell no. Wasting time. I did not asked for refund, I only wanted to change the date because the airline revised my flight but hell no! they did not consider at all.
