Great location. Nice size room especially the bathroom which was great for my cousin and I to get ready at the same time. Room was clean although I think they could do a better job making the beds. One duvet was wrong side up and quite sloppily put together. The front desk clerks were nice and the staff checked in on day two via text message which is really helpful for any issues and continuity with any issues. That said, there were no robes in the room when we arrived and when we called down the first few times no one answered. When we finally reached someone with our request to send them up, they never showed. We finally got some when they reached us by text. The pool wasn't warm at all which was a bummer and I love kids, but the pool isn't large and it was a bit chaotic / loud and splashy when we went to use it, so maybe they should consider times for families and a separate time for adults only. Our TV picture kept turning off while the audio remained. They sent someone up, but they weren't able to help. I didn't ask, but would have been nice if they had offered at least something back on the high ammeneties charge for this. When I arrived home I received a bill for mini bar items we never took. When I reached out via our text thread they assured me this bill was not a charge. Not sure why they sent it? Overall I would give 3.5 stars. The size of the room and bathroom were the saviours.
