Beautiful property in the heart of Waikiki. The grounds are well maintained and make you forget that you’re steps away from the hustle and bustle of Waikīkī. The service was not up to a five star standard. That is meant mostly for the front desk staff and also for the host staff at the restaurant. The bathrooms are soooo small. And the pool is basically useless it’s so small. And because it’s so small, if you don’t get there at 7am to claim a chair you’re pretty much out of luck. So the hotel is physically nice, but there’s a lot of room for improvement on the service side.

Everything was First Class amazing. Their service, the turndown service, the housekeeping, their restaurants and amenities. Loved the many swimming pools. Valet was perfect and timely with the utmost care. Love that Dean and Deluca was downstairs and their ABC market as well. Definite resort living.
